Home Is Where The Heart Is

Drinks were served as guests entered the Grizzle home to celebrate the newlyweds

After a beautiful, candlelit ceremony at First United Methodist Church in LaGrange, the wedding guests arrived at the Grizzle home, led up the driveway by a frame of candles and ferns. After signing a page from a Madison Square landmark book (to commemorate the park where the groom had proposed), guests were lovingly welcomed by family and friends inside for the cocktail hour.

Celebration and stories were shared over champagne and cocktails from Spirits Bartending and delectable appetizers from Dennis Dean Catering. The Celebrity Allstar band began to play as guests departed the house and filled the spacious backyard tent. The tables were dressed in gorgeous linens and golden chargers from BBJ Linen with flowers and candelabra from By Special Arrangement by Jane Rogers.

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Aaron Jetton were introduced to their waiting guests and enjoyed their first dance to “If I Should Fall Behind” by Bruce Springsteen. Heartfelt toasts and blessings were given by the Bride’s father, the Best Man (the Groom’s father) as well as the Maid of Honor to the new couple just before dinner.

The tent in the Grizzle's backyard was a perfect venue for the reception!

Dinner began and the waiters served salad, dinner and cake with impeccable detail and service that impressed everyone. The band transitioned guests from the elegant dinner into songs that had everyone singing and dancing along – everyone was so pleased, the band even came back for an encore!

Finally, guests gathered in front of the house with handfuls of bird seed to shower over the happy newlyweds as they made their way to their honeymoon.
