Signature Sips

Raise your glasses, it’s time for the toast! Picking the menu and the drinks can be one of the toughest parts of any event, from corporate luncheons and banquets to private parties and weddings. To help jumpstart your imagination, The Season Events is sharing some of our most popular signature cocktails.

Peach Sangria
Maybe our most popular drink, this fruity, wine-based specialty has an extra kick when you add a few ounces of our secret ingredient—brandy! Plenty of sliced fruit and fruit juice keep this sangria light and refreshing, while the brandy takes it a step beyond your typical taste for a memorable, special occasion drink.

Peach Sangria PC:

Peach Sangria

– 1 bottle Pinot Grigio
– 3 oz. brandy
– 2 oz. Triple Sec liqueur
– 1 cup orange juice
– 1 cup pineapple juice
– 2 oz. simple syrup, cooled (1/2 sugar, 1/2 water)
– 3 oz. peach puree (or nectar)
– Fresh sliced peaches, oranges, and apples

Mix all ingredients, refrigerate at least eight hours (up to 48 hours).
Serve over ice or very cold.
*To upgrade, use Cognac and Grand Mariner liqueur.
Makes 52 oz. sangria, approximately 8 servings.

Sparkling Bourbon Lemonade
Another spring/summer favorite, our sparkling bourbon lemonade takes a classic to a new level. Strong enough for the liquor drinkers and sweet enough for those who might usually shy from bourbon, this drink has something for everyone and turns a tame summer standard into a party staple.

Sparkling Bourbon PC:

Sparkling Bourbon

– 6 shots bourbon
– 2 ½ cups simple syrup (1 ½ cups water, 1 cup sugar), cooled
– 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 large lemons)
– ½ cup fresh orange juice (about 1 large orange)

– 4 large lemons, sliced
– 1 large orange, sliced
– 1 bunch fresh mint sprigs (plus extra for garnishes)
– Crushed ice

Prepare individual glasses with crushed ice and one shot bourbon.
Fill glass to top with lemonade mixture. Garnish with mint.
