This past Tuesday, The Season Events carried on what has become an annual tradition with our Moms and Brides Appreciation Event. After a few too many years competing with snowstorms and MLK holidays, this year’s event jumped from January to April and coincided perfectly with blue skies, blooming flowers, and the inevitable, yet colorful, pollen.
We’re always on the lookout for exciting new venues, and this year The Season Events got to try out the newly renovated Chapel At Riverside on the edge of the Celanese neighborhoods. This quaint, country chapel has gotten a shining up by Mark Brewster and now has a finished basement and upstairs reception hall.
With more than 60 moms and brides—past and present—in attendance the reception hall was sociably full with a welcoming swell of voices. Larger than life mirrors hang in between large windows and reflect light, giving the room a bright, spacious feel. A bridal suite at the far end features French doors opening to a wide porch and arbor designed for photo ops!
Reuniting with clients-turned-friends makes for a special evening for The Season Events, especially since some of our off-duty staff now also attend as moms and/or brides! More than anything else, this evening is a time to celebrate new couples, extended families, and the community of our company. So cheers to all of our moms and brides! Here’s to many more years of celebration!
