Director of Catering, Ray Harris, was most recently the owner of the kitchen and dining room services at F & P Georgia along with running his own catering business. He’s been cooking for 23 years, starting with his grandmother’s famous citrus pound cake recipe. Harris lives in Rome with his wife of 30 years, Lisa, and their two sons. Click here to read more
